Our Business

Our business grows each year because of our satisfied customers.  Our referral rate keeps us so busy we rarely advertise.  Thanks to all the wonderful people in and around Jacksonville we enjoy a variety of jobs.

We work the Northeast Florida area, from Fernandina Beach to Crescent Beach.

We did hurricane repairs in Pensacola after hurricane IVAN in 2005. 

We are a member of the Jacksonville Better Business Bureau.

Who We Are

William W. Ball has been a licensed general contractor in the State of Florida since 1985 and has been inspecting homes and commercial properties in the state of Florida for over 25 years. Bill has built homes, done extensive remodeling on old as well as newer homes, remodeled commercial buildings, participated in the reconstruction of northwest Florida after the hurricane season of 2005 and most recently finished building a five story Comfort Inn Hotel.

Bill has provided service to the construction industry in Florida as an instructor. He has taught state preparatory classes for the state trades' tests as an instructor at the Florida Construction School as well as an adjunct professor at the University of North Florida. During his five year tenure at UNF, Bill oversaw all of the construction trade preparatory classes.

He is also an expert witness for the Florida legal business helping out disputes between owners and contractors. 

Jenna Cassell is the office manager.  She comes from the insurance industry and is knowledgeable in insurance claims and problems.  Having grown in our family construction business, she is intimately knowledgeable with the trade and is extremely helpful with customer needs and concerns. 

Our workers are clean and honest and many have been working for us for many years.  We enjoy a good subcontractor base after many successful projects together.  We also have a large craftsman referral base that we gladly share.
